Welcome to Humane Stream ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website (the "Site"), and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Account Security

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to buy.

  • Account passwords must remain confidential.

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Apparel colors may vary slightly based on your monitor settings.

  • All item descriptions are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit product quantities per customer.

  • Prices are subject to change before an order is placed.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order receipt confirmation does not mean order acceptance.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory shortages or pricing errors.

  • Refund processing occurs immediately upon order cancellation.

  • Payments are processed securely via Squarespace's third-party processors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping estimates are tracking guidelines, not guaranteed dates.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier delivery.

  • Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Wrong addresses provided by users will not be refunded.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Apparel must be in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the Humane Stream.

  • Sale items and custom orders are final.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All graphics, logos, designs, and photos belong to us.

  • You may not use our intellectual property without written consent.

  • Unauthorized commercial reproduction of our apparel designs is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

  • Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount you paid.

  • Products are provided "as available" without warranties. 

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Ashland, Oregon.
